The course will also tackle the strategic elements of depositions, involving techniques for controlling the deposition, managing difficult witnesses or opposing counsel, and utilizing depositions in trial strategy. The goal of the course is to enable participants to conduct (or prepare a supervising attorney to conduct) a deposition efficiently and effectively.
By the end of this course, participants will be well-equipped to navigate the complexities of depositions and apply their knowledge in real-world legal scenarios.
